Return and Refund Policy

I do not offer returns or refunds on deposits, permanent makeup, or permanent jewelry. I always strive for my clients to be 100% satisfied with their product and/or service - I will work with my client directly to resolve any concerns. If you reach out within 24 hours of your scheduled service I will allow a one time transfer of your deposit to schedule a new appointment time. 

If your jewelry breaks at the weld, I do offer lifetime weld repairs, as long as you have the original chain. Please reach out with any questions. All the love!
